A new app is available and allows to deepen the knowledge of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena and
guide tourists in the visit of Modena and surroundings.
In the application you can find: information on history and methods of production of traditional balsamic vinegar, a selection of recipes and tips on the use of vinegar traditional balsamic in the kitchen, video interviews including the famous chef Massimo Bottura, some cycling routes.
The paid app was developed for Tablet and Smartphone on Android platform (€ 1.21) and Apple (€ 2.99).
