Private Cooking Course: "Cooking with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar"
Private cooking course to learn how to use the Black Gold of Modena in all its forms. Held by a professional cook.
The proposal foresees the realization together with the cook of three dishes in combination with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The recipes may vary depending on the season but in all cases will include:
At the end of the course lunch will be served to all participants with dishes prepared during the lesson.
The course starts at 10:30 for a duration of about two / three hours followed by lunch. The course is held in Modena and will be established according to the number of participants.
At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance:
- Certificate of attendance at the course.
- Recipes of the dishes prepared.
- An ampoule with 50cc of aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Reservation required, minimum number of participants 5. In case of cancellation at least 4 days in advance the fee will be refunded in full.
The course is active in Italian, English and German, for other languages there is an additional cost for the interpreter.
It is possible to combine the course with a visit to the vinegar cellar between 9:00 and 10:00 and then transfer to the course site.
On the occasion of the course participants will be able to buy our vinegar at favourable prices.
The cost is per person and includes lunch.
