Cooking course to learn how to use the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena

Made in collaboration with Scuola di Cucina Grirasole di Modena

The recipe that will be proposed and realized will be:

Ravioli peppers with goat cheese ricotta, red radicchio sauce and ABTM, sandwiches and ABTM, Raviolini in cream sauce, curry and ABTM, baked potato with apple puree and ABTM, cream cooked to Lemon, vanilla and ginger with caramel and ABTM.

The course is in programming:

  • Wednesday 25 October from 20:00 to 23:30. (In Italian) (New Date not yet available)
